For the director Svenja Trierscheid this personal film tells the story of feeling alienated and lost because of one’s skin.

Your face is the first thing people notice about you, and feeling out of control about your appearance can throw you into a big hole of shame, depression and anxiety. 

A hopefully hopeful retelling of a time that then felt wasted and was yet not spent in vain.
