We're a Berlin-based production house and sound studio. Our in-house setup covers audio post-production, motion control & high-speed film, photography and food styling — but we rarely stop there.
We handle full productions, but individual services are available too. Whether you need a sound studio, a motion control rig, a Phantom Highspeed Camera or a classic art director, we can step in at any stage, in the studio or on location.
We're a small core team, which is a deliberate choice. For each project we assemble the right people from a carefully selected network of freelancers and specialists we've worked with for years. No casting calls, no unknowns. The core team stays reachable, decisions get made fast, and changes happen without bureaucracy.
AI is also part of how we work, used where it makes the result better or the process faster.
Audio
Our sound studio in Berlin Adlershof covers original music composition, sound design, and audio post-production for advertising, film, and large-scale gaming events.
We run a lean core team and scale through a close network of collaborators, people we've worked with long enough to know exactly what they bring.
Motion Control
Our Bolt™ Jr+ motion control robot paired with the Phantom Veo 4K delivers high-speed shots at up to 1,000 fps in 4K, with millimetre precision and full repeatability.
The setup is purpose-built for maximum flexibility: compact enough to fit through standard doorways, quick to load and transport, and ready to shoot in under an hour, equally at home in the studio or on location. We operate across Europe, and every setup includes an experienced operator.
Photography
With a background in classical advertising, we know exactly what it takes to make an image work, across formats, placements, and campaign contexts. We adapt to brand guidelines and existing visual identities as naturally as we develop new ones.
We shoot product, food, tabletop, and portrait, with full access to our in-house studio, lighting, and food styling kitchen. We also handle post-production in-house, from retouching and look development through to final delivery.
Production
Studio Dropped is a Berlin-based production company for advertising, available as a full-service partner or for individual services, at any stage and any location.
Our Kreuzberg tabletop and SFX studio is ready to shoot for Film & Photo productions and available for rentals, equipped with professional lighting and a fully equipped food styling kitchen, including a Bolt Jr.+ motion control robot, a Phantom Veo 4K high-speed camera, and Phase One systems. For productions that need more space, we work with partner studios in Berlin.
Post Production
We handle the full post-production pipeline: Audio editing and mixing, photo retouching, look development, video editing, and colour grading.
Our workflow integrates AI-based tools where they add value: faster retouching, upscaling, or generating creative variations, always in service of the final result.
Art Direction
Our art direction is rooted in classical advertising: The kind developed in agency environments where every visual decision serves a strategic purpose. Composition, colour, typography, casting, set design: nothing is accidental.
We work directly with brands and agencies at concept or execution level, translating briefs into images, films, and print and digital touchpoints — a campaign visual, a poster, a flyer, or a paper cup. Whether developing a campaign look from scratch or working within an existing visual identity, the thinking behind the work is always part of what we deliver.
